Casventa Brasa is a lead generation and advertising service that connects consumers with independent real estate professionals. We are not a brokerage and do not provide real estate, lending, legal, or financial advice.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your property or home-buying goals when you use one of our tools or contact forms.
Tool inputs: for the affordability calculator, your income and debt figures are used in your browser to compute a budget and are not transmitted to or stored by us; only the resulting budget range is saved with your inquiry.
Technical data: IP address and timestamp, recorded with your consent submission for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.

How we use it

To connect you with one or more independent real estate professionals who may contact you about your inquiry.
To produce informational estimates (home value, affordability). Estimates are not appraisals or offers.
To verify your phone number and to detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.

How your information is shared

When you submit an inquiry and provide the required consents, your contact information may be shared with one or more independent real estate professionals in our network who may contact you. These professionals are independent businesses responsible for their own use of your information.

Communications and consent (TCPA)

By submitting your information and opting in, you agree that you may be contacted by phone call and text message, including through automated technology, at the number you provide. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may ask us not to share it further, by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

Data retention and security

We retain inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls that keep contact details from being viewable until a professional claims your inquiry.
